ALL CUSTOMERS MUST HAVE the following documentation with them to be seen by a case manager:
*13 weeks income verification for everyone in the household (all that are living at your address) that is 18 years or greater*
* Electric and gas bill (or other verification of main heating source)
* Social Security cards for everyone
